After working with individual healthcare professionals and various multi-million-dollar agencies in the Behavioral Health field, our founder Cindy Day decided she could support more professionals and their agencies by starting her own company.
With over 25 years experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations management, Revenue Cycle Management, electronic health record implementation, strategic planning, and data analysis & management, her goal was to support others in accomplishing their leadership and business growth by implementing some of the techniques she has used for years.
